Mothers' day is coming up and I have a huge problem. My Mom is so caught up in work I think she doesn't have time for Mothers' Day or for me or for my Dad or for my figure skating lessons or for my competition!!!!!! I even heard her last night get a one way ticket to the Philippines!!!!!!!!!! Is there anything wrong with me?? I'm a good daughter!!! Why will she leave me??? I love her very much and I don't want her to go!!! I really need help on what to do!! My Dad doesnt live with us but we always see each other as a family. I really don't know what to do!! All my friends are gone and busy or something and I can't talk to anyone else!! Please help me!!!! Waaaaaaaahh!!!!!!! I don't want to be alone!!! What's gonna happen to me??!!!?? This is the worst MOthers' Day ever!!!! Last Mothers' Day we gave her a super special celebration and we also have another one now even more special and it's all set ever since last month!! My Dad and I was just acting cool and normal so that she doesn't
suspect and now I think she's mad because it looks like we aren't planning anything!! because last year my Dad and I were very fussy about what to do and now we aren't because its planned and I think she's mad and I don't want her to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!
I crept into her room and saw her bags packed and the ticket in her drawer and everything else ready!!!! The ticket says she leaves on the eve of Mothers' Day!!!!!!! OH NO!!!! And my Mom DOESNT want us to know that she will be leaving. But, me, being the sneaky type, I knew. And I dont want my Dad to know or my Mom. I feel really confused
Ok, if you really want to do something for your mom…….it doesnt have to be on mothers day………any day can be mothers day, so the night before she leaves do something nice for her……bake her cookies, write her a note, a poem, anything……..shes just taking some time off, everyone needs that sooner or later………..so the best thing for you to do is tell her how much you love her, and wish her the best trip ever……I think that will be the best mothers day gift for her!!!

Mother's Day means it's "HER" day…!
Quit being so self-centered, and be happy she's planning to get away from it all (something you're going to need to do in the future…taking care of you is not all "rosy," you know!) and quit thinking that because she needs some time away from family (everybody needs that from time to time) that that makes her a bad mother…
Show some strength of character…she'll be back soon…quit your whinin'…and look at this as an opportunity to…

go to her room grab the ticket and show the ticket and speak with your mom if your so desperate..say whatever u want to her but be truly sure of what u want
