Remember the only people who benefit from wars are the corporations the politicians,and the rich. The ones who die our the poor the working class and the children. This all around the world. Worker of the world unite against the vile corp. and politicians. remember, it is always easy to send someone els’s child to war, not your own.

In order to live “in peace”, should British and American sons not have gone into battle to fight German and Japanese sons in the 1940s, then (or Baathist sons in 2003)?
Thereby allowing the German sons and the Japanese sons (ie, Nazis and Imperialists) to continue the murder of innocent, unarmed sons (and daughters) of civilians in the countries they occupied? How ’bout the Baathists’ sons taking civilians to Saddam’s killing fields?
That may not be the peace we want, ladies (and gents)…

Thank you, I just viewed it. It’s a fine video, acknowledging the importance of fatherhood and calling for donations.
I know that the mother’s day video quotes Julie Ward Howe, and I understand the context in which she originally suggested those words. But: “I earnestly ask that a general CONGRESS OF WOMEN without limit of nationality may be appointed and held at someplace deemed most convenient…” These words propose and suggest exclusion of males from discussion.
