We want to drive somewhere fun and special near Monterey, where we can stay in a decently priced hotel and be near some fun activities. We love small town vibes and fun activities could include fishing in loaded ponds, craft festivals, and it would be really nice if we could run into some Mother's Day celebration to top it off. May only stay in hotel one night.

Cannery row as a new IMAX theater and of course the aquarium. This weekend in Marina, is the festival of wind.
