    The winning combination of healthier eating and exercising.

    Cardio exercises (walking at a good speed, jogging, running, bicycling, swimming, dancing, housecleaning like mopping the floor) anything that gets your heart pumping and makes you break into a sweat is a cardio activity…

    Healthier eating : drinking more water, eating vegetables and fruits, more fiber (to help you evacuate better), avoiding fatty and sugary snacks, avoiding colas and juices, avoiding junk food like McDonalds, Burger King, PFK, etc…

    don’t drink soda. in general i lost 5 pounds doing that right away in about 2-3 weeks. exercise(walk,bike rider, jog, swim, etc…) and don’t snack on junk, have an apple or a glass of milk. you’ll be skinny in no time :)
