   "Maligayang Araw ng mga Ina/Nanay!"

   But that's so formal, so we Filipinos usually state it in English.

   "Maligayang Araw ng mga Nanay!"

   both are correct!

   "Maligayang bati sa araw ng mga ina."

   One should not translate all the words literally. The main thought should be taken where the mothers are greeted on their day.
